3 Tbsp. butter
1 pound top sirloin steak, cubed
1 can beef broth bouillon
1 chopped onion
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. catsup
Garlic powder
1 cup sour cream
1 package egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet, add onion and cook until translucent,remove and all meat; cook until brown on all sides, 2 or 3 minutes. Add 2/3 cup broth; add catsup and garlic to taste. Cover and cook on low for 15 minutes. Add flour to remaining broth and stir. After meat has cooked, stir in onions and remaining broth; sauce will thicken. Add sour cream; serve hot over noodles.
