2 pounds spareribs
salt to taste
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup molasses
1/2 cup (packed) brown sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
2 tsp, cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Cut through meat between each rib of spareribs, Season spareribs with salt. Cook spareribs in small amount of fat in large frying pan until brown; drain off excess fat. Add soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, molasses, 1/2 water, brown sugar and vinegar; simmer for 2 hours, adding more water, if needed. Mix cornstarch with 1/2 cup water until smooth; stir into spareribs mixture. Cook for 5 minutes longer.
