1 lb. hamburger
1 8 oz. can tomato paste
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
16 oz. carton small curd cottage cheese
8 oz. pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked
8 oz. mozzarella cheese (grated)
1 onion, chopped
1 t. garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 T. oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onion together. Add tomato paste, sauce and seasonings and simmer for 10 minutes. Grease a 11 x 7 pan; layer lasagna noodles, meat sauce, cottage cheese and mozzarella on top. Repeat layers, ending with cheese. Bake at 375 for 30 to 45 minutes or until bubbly.

This recipe came from the then wife of one of my cousins. It's one of the best recipes for lasagna I've eaten.
