DRESSING:

1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream'
2 Tbsp. chives or scallions
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Mix this together and let chill before putting sauce over vegetables. Pour over:

2 cups celery, chopped
2 cup chopped small cauliflower
1 (10-oz) pkg. tiny frozen peas
1 green pepper,diced
2 cups cubed creamed Havarti cheese
1 c. cooked diced ham
Fresh dill or 1 tsp. dill weed and fresh parsley (to sprinkle on top of salad)

Make salad dressing and chill. Mix salad ingredients. Let stand in refrigerator for 30 minutes or more before serving for better flavor..
