Pot Roast, 3lb.
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 Worchestershire Sauce
Onion, quartered
1 lb. Baby Carrots
4 Potatoes, quartered

Directions:
Directions:
Turn Pressure cooker on to Brown, add oil and brown roast on all sides. Turn pressure cooker to High Pressure and add the 1 cup water, vinegar, salt and pepper; cook for 45 minutes, use Quick Release and add onion and carrots, cook for 3 minutes; then add potatoes; cook for another 3 minutes.
