3 cups pecans
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup water
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Spray cookie sheet and spread pecans evenly. Bake 275 for 10 min. Mean while in sauce pan combine the remaining ingredients except for the vanilla, mix well. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 min. Remove sauce pan from heat. Add in vanilla & pecans; mix well. Spoon the pecans onto parchment paper. Separate with fork & cool about 45 min.
