1 lb ground beef
2 large potatoes, salted & peppered
2-3 carrots
2 stalks celery
2 onions
1 no. 303 can peas and liquid
1 can tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef, salting as it cooks. Peel potatoes, carrots, celery, onions and cut in thin slices.

In two quart casserole, which has been well buttered, layer the potatoes, peas (drained), carrots, celery and onions and top with browned beef.

Mix liquid from peas with tomato soup and pour over casserole. Bake at 325 for one hour & 45 minutes.
