1 c sugar
3 tbsp cocoa
3 tbsp corn starch
2-3 c milk
3 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp butter
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk for 1 min in microwave. Add slowly to dry ingredients in a saucepan until smooth. Add beaten egg yolks before mixture gets too hot. Stir constantly until thickened. Add vanilla and butter just before pulling off the heat.

This also makes awesome pie filling! You can save the egg whites to make the meringue. Be sure you stir it the entire time--it will seem like it will never set up, then all of a sudden it's thickened!
