1/4 cup poppy seeds
3 Tablespoons milk
1/2 cup butter or margarine softened
1 1/4 cup water
3 eggs
2 layer Butter Flavor cake mix
1 pkg. 3 3/4 oz.vanilla instant pudding.

Directions:
Directions:
Soak poppy seeds in the 3 Tablespoons of milk overnight or morning.
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 2 8" round cake pans. In mixing bowl, combine everything else. Blend on low speed and beat for 5 minutes.
Stir in poppy seeds. Divide batter. Bake 35-45 min. Check with toothpick for doneness. Cake has tendency to be moist in the center until completely done. Cool pans for 15 minutes.
