1 yellow cake mix
41/2 rhubarb (cut up)
1 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream ( do not whip)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up rhubarb and add 1 cup sugar. Stir and set aside.
Mix cake as directed on box. Pour in a 9x13 cake pan. Sprinkle the rhubarb with sugar evenly over the top of cake. Take a cup of cream and slowly pour evenly over top of cake and rhubarb.
Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
When serving you can flip it upside down and garnish with whipped cream.
