1 pkg. white cake mix
3 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. club soda or tonic water
1 pkg instant pistachio pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and beat for 4 minutes.
Bake in a 9x13 greased cake pan at 350 for 30 to 35 min.
Frost with:
Beat 11/4 c. milk,1 package of instant pistachio pudding until thick. Fold in 9 oz. cool whip. Spread on cake and refrigerate.
