4 to 5 cups sliced peaches (fresh are best)
1 to 1 1/2 cups sugar
3 to 4 tbsp. corn starch
1 tsp cinnamon
nutmeg (optional)

Pie Crust Recipe (doubled)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and put into pastry lined 8 or 9 in piepan. Dot with 2 tbsp butter and place top crust on. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes until golden brown and inside is bubbling.

I like to put in microwave for 5 to 6 minutes before putting into the oven. It quickens baking time.
