Ingredients:  
1 1/4 C Salad oil, 3 eggs,2 C sugar, 3 C flour(sifted) 1 t soda, 1 t salt, 2 t vanilla, 1 C chopped pecans and 3 C chopped apples.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Salad oil, Eggs and sugar together and add Flour, Soda Salt and Vanilla. Stir very little add Pecans and Apples put in 2 layer pans and put into cold oven. Bake @ 325 for 45 Min.Heat over low heat to melt 1 stick oleo and 1 C light brown sugar add 1/4 C Canned cream. Let come to boil. Cool and add 1 t Vanilla
