1 lb white chocolate (the purer the better)
4 oz balsamic vinegar (the older aged the better-12 year is great)
1/3 cup heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate in double boiler. Add cream and vinegar. Serve with strawberries, apples, pound cake, etc etc.
