1/3 cup butter, melted
1 1/4 graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
3 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 14-oz. can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
1 10-oz. pkg. chocolate chips, melted
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300. Combine butter, crumbs and sugar; pat firmly on bottom of spring form pan. In mixer beat cream cheese until fluffy; add sweetened condensed milk, beat till smooth. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour into pan. Bake 1 hour until cake springs back. Cool to room temperature. Chill. Garnish with Cool Whip.
