Ingredients:  
1 pound Italian Sausage (I use Bob Evans)
1 chopped onion
2 cans (14 oz.) Italian stewed tomatoes
2 cans (10 oz.) beef broth
1 can (16 oz.) Veg All drained
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 cup uncooked medium size egg noodles

Directions:
Brown sausage and onions together in stockpot. Bring to a boil, add noodles, reduce heat to medium low. Cover and cook until noodles are done.
