5 lbs. boneless pork roast or pork loin
1 onion, quartered
salt and pepper
1 cup water
1 can regular coca cola (can use Dr. Pepper instead)
2 bottles of your favorite Bar B Q sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Put pork, onion, water, salt and pepper in a crock pot and cook on high for 8 hours. Drain off water and scrape any fat off the pork. Shred with two forks and put back in crock pot. Add soda and BBQ sauce. Mix lightly and continue to simmer on LOW until ready to eat.
