1 15-oz. can sliced peaches 1 15-oz. can sliced pears 1 15-oz. can apricot halves, unpeeled 1 15-oz. can pineapple chunks 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup butter or margarine 2 tsp. curry powder
Drain all juice thoroughly from fruit and cut into bite size pieces. Put all together in a colander and let drain overnight. Melt butter, add brown sugar and curry powder. Blend well. Put fruit in a baking dish, pour butter mixture over all. Bake uncovered at 350º for 1 hour.
