2 sm cans whole kernel corn or Mexi-corn, drained
1 can Cream of Celery soup
1 c. instant rice, uncooked
1/2 c. margarine
2 c. cheddar cheese. shredded and divided
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in a 2 qt casserole dish. Add uncooked rice, dash of salt and pepper and stir. Add soup, corn and 1C of cheese and mix well. Top with 1 c. of cheese. Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.
