1 Pillsbury pie crust
Sliced tomatoes to fill the pie pan
(Place the tomatoes on a large pan with paper towels on the bottom and place tomatoes on paper towels to absorb some of the juice.)
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
Crisp chopped bacon if desired
Chopped fresh basil if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Fill pie crust with layered sliced tomatoes and sprinkle with bacon and basil, if using. Mix mayonnaise and cheese and spread over ingredients. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes until cheese is melted and it's heated through.
