Ingredients:
2-3 lbs. Chicken wings
2 cups Flour
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp Paprika
1 stick of butter (1/2 cup)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the chicken wings into 3 pieces, a drummie, middle section and tips. Freeze and save the tips for another use such as chicken stock. Combine the flour, salt, pepper, and Paprika in a large zip lock bag. Melt the butter in a microwave and pour into the bottom of a large cake pan or jelly roll pan that you have also sprayed with non stick pan spray. Completely cover the bottom of the pan. You may need to use your fingers to accomplish this. Put the cut up wings into the bag, a few at a time, and shake to coat. Place the flour dusted chicken pieces on the baking sheet without the pieces touching. Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes. Turn the chicken pieces over and bake an additional 30 minutes.

Personal Notes:
Mom used to make this for herself and Andrew when she would baby sit him after school for me. It was always one of his favorites, mine too!

There are so many things that can be done with this recipe. Try adding Cayenne pepper and turn them into buffalo wings. Cook as described and toss in Buffalo Wing Sauce when finished and serve with Blue Cheese Dressing.

I have also used chicken thighs and they were delicious. Try adding some garlic powder to the flour mixture.
