4 apples - peeled and sliced
1 cube butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup oatmeal
sprinkle of cinnamon

variations -
Strawberries, rhubarb and peaches are great mixed altogether!

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and oatmeal to make the topping. I add oatmeal to make the right consistency - this isn't a measured recipe for me.

Put the fruit in the pie pan, or square cake pan and put the butter/oatmeal mixture on top.
Bake 30 minutes at 400 - or longer til fruit is cooked and topping is brown.
