3 Cups Bisquick
2/3 Cups Sugar
2 Eggs
3 Tbsp. Oil
1-1/2 Cups Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk, oil, eggs and sugar together. Add Bisquick and stir enough to mix, don't over stir it. Pour into muffin pans and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

Chocolate chips or fruit may be added to mixture for a change.
