4 potatoes, diced
1 onion, chopped
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 can tomatoes or 1 cup
1 cup milk
1 can mixed vegetables
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes and onion until tender then add butter, tomatoes, milk and vegetables. Simmer and put salt and pepper to taste. This makes a lot but keeps in the refrigerator.
