1 12 oz. can crushed pineapple (in own juice)
1 sm. pkg. sugar free instant Butterscotch pudding
4 small apples or 2 larger apples (cut up)
1/2 cup low fat nuts
1 reg. size tub Fat Free Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the pineapple and pudding together. Do not drain the pineapple and use the pudding dry. Stir in apples and nuts. Add Cool Whip. Mix all together.
