1 can artichoke hearts packed in water, not marinated
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
salt & pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Drain artichoke hearts, then rinse and drain again. Chop. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, cheese and garlic. Add chopped artichoke hearts, salt & pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serve warm with a sliced baguette, Wheat Thins or tortilla chips.
