1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup oil
2 cups sugar, divided
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
4 tbsp. cocoa powder
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 cups grated, unpeeled zucchini
3/4 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together margarine, oil and 1 3/4 cups sugar. Add baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder, eggs, salt, flour and buttermilk. Mix well. Add zucchini. Mix again.

Pour into 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle top with remaining 1/4 cup sugar and chocolate chips.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.
