2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 eggs
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4+ cup ketchup
grated onion, to taste
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
garlic powder, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Include mixture in a greased loaf pan. Cover the top of the loaf with ketchup (this will help the loaf crisp nicely on top).
Bake in a preheated oven at 350 F for 1 hour 15 minutes.
