1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 can pineapple (crushed, chunks, tidbits, or rings) drained
1 yellow cake mix
Cool Whip or whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter in a 9" x 13" pan. Add brown sugar and stir to cover bottom of pan. Spread drained pineapple over brown sugar. Mix cake according to package instructions and pour over the pineapple. Bake according to cake box. Cool for 10 minutes.
Invert onto a cookie sheet. Serve with whipped topping.

For a summer treat, substitute 3 cups fresh peaches ( about 4-5 peaches) for the pineapple.
