1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 medium onion
1 small can pinto beans, rinsed
1/2 lb (1/2 cup) chopped potatoes
2 small carrots cut 1/2 in. pieces
1 sm can diced tomatoes or can of cherry tomatoes
1 cup frozen corn or fresh
1 cup frozen peas
2 cups fresh spinach leaves, chopped
3 cups of water (can add a little more)
2 tbsp chicken bouillon

1/4 cup Tubbalini Pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except for the Tubbalini pasta. Simmer for 40 minutes with a cover on the pot. Add 1/4 cup Tubbalini pasta to pot. Continue to cook till pasta is cooked.
