1 stick butter, melted
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 can Hershey chocolate syrup
Icing:
3 cups powdered sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 stick butter, melted
6 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together and pour in a 13 x 9 pan and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
As soon as the cake comes out of the oven, pour icing on the cake while it is hot.
