18 oz Peanut Butter
1 lb powdered sugar
3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
12 oz milk chocolate chips
1 Tbsp vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and butter. Form balls and place in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Combine Chocolate chips and vegetable oil in double broiler. Let chocolate melt.

Dip balls into melted chocolate. Place on wax paper. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes to harden chocolate.
