6 cups Uncle Ben's Rice, cooked
1 pint sour cream
1 can green chiles, chopped
3/4 pound cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Make 6 cups cooked rice. Mix sour cream with chiles.
Layer in a casserole dish: rice, chilies, ending with cheese.
Bake at 350F until cheese is melted and cooked through.
