3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup maple syrup (pancake syrup)
1 stick butter or margarine (melted)
1/2 cup dry Quick Cooked Oats
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 cup chopped pecans
1 unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all above ingredients except pecans & pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with chopped pecans & bake at 350 for approx. 40 min.
