32 oz. cream cheese (4-8 oz. bricks)
2 cups sour cream (16 oz. tub)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup sweet butter (1 stick)
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Ground lemon peel, to taste
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
5 eggs

Beat above ingredients until smooth. Pour into graham cracker crust in 10 spring-form pan. Bake 275 to 300 F for 1 hour. Turn off oven and let cheesecake sit in oven for an additional 2 hours.
