1 C. (rounded) Sugar
5 Tbs. Cocoa
8-9 Tbs Flour
tsp. Salt
2 C. Milk
3 Egg Yolks
1 t. Vanilla
pint Whipping Cream

Directions:
Directions:
In the top part of a double boiler, blend the sugar, cocoa, flour and salt.
Slowly add milk, stirring all the while.
Blend in the well-beaten egg yolks.
Place over boiling water and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and cool, stirring occasionally.
Add vanilla.
Pour into cooked pie shell and top with whipped cream.
Shave a bit of chocolate over top for garnish, if desired.
