1 cup butter
2 cups sifted powdered sugar
4 squares chocolate, melted
1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
2 tsp peppermint flavoring (to taste)
2 tsp vanilla
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar until light, about 3-5 minutes. Add chocolate and beat.
Add whole eggs and beat again until light and fluffy. Add flavoring.
Sprinkle half of crumbs in 18 cup liners. Fill with chocolate mixture. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
Put in freezer and peel off paper and serve.
