6 eggs
2 10 ounce packages frozen spinach
2 cups Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix
1 cup parmesan cheese
3/4 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Defrost spinach and wring out water. Add spinach, stuffing mix, parmesan cheese and butter to eggs. Form into balls about the size of walnuts. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
