1 whole Beef Tenderloin - size determined by number of folks you are serving.
Salt and fresh ground Pepper
Garlic cloves (if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
You can also piece the tenderloin and insert garlic cloves if desired.

Grill over a very hot grill. Time needed depends on size of tenderloin and whether you want rare, medium rare, or well done.

The tenderloin can also be made in your oven at 450. Usually cook for about 20 minutes for rare and longer for medium rare or well.

Do not overcook this expensive and tasty cut of meat!

This is a great party main course. The tenderloin can be sliced and served as filets or sliced very thin to use in sandwiches with a horseradish mayo sauce.
