1/3 c. Kosher or other coarse Salt
1/4 c. packed light Brown Sugar
1/4 c. Paprika
2 tbsp. ground, fresh Black Pepper
2 tbsp. dried Oregano
2 tbsp. dried Thyme
1 tbsp. Cayenne Pepper (optional if you prefer a less spicy rub)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container. Keeps for ~6 months.
