1/2 c fruit (any fresh) canned or frozen
1c low-fat any vanilla or plain yogurt
1/2 tsp of granola cereal

Directions:
Directions:
1. Spoon 2 T. of yogurt into cup
2. Spoon 1/4 c of fruit
3. Repeat layering yogurt and fruit until all are ingredients are used.
4. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp of granola cereal on top and enjoy.
