Mayonnaise
Onion - finely grated
Emerald Relish (or another relish)
Curry Powder
Paprika

This is a too your taste recipe!

Boil eggs for around 10 minutes and then plunge them into cold water. When cooled, remove shells.

Slice eggs lengthwise. Scoop out egg yolks into a bowl and add a bit of mayo, a little grated onion, some relish and curry powder. Taste and add more of any ingredient you think is missing!

Put some of egg yolk mixture back into the egg whites and sprinkle with paprika.
