3 lbs chicken wings
1/2 to 3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 to 3/4 c. honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 heaping tbsp garlic powder
1 heaping tbsp ginger
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together ensuring all wings are covered in the sauce, in a large roaster Bake at 400F for 1/2 hour with lid on and 1/2 hr to 45 mins with lid off.
