3/4 c un-popped popcorn
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. corn syrup
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Pop popcorn.

Boil sugar, syrup, butter and salt for 5 minutes, remove from heat. Add vanilla and baking soda, stir well.

Pour mixture over popped popcorn and mix well to coat all popcorn. Spread over 2 cookie sheets, and place both (if it fits) in 200F oven for 1 hour, stirring every 10-15 minutes. Let cool and store in air tight container.
