2 1/2 cups Great Northern beans(white)- canned, rinsed
1/2 medium yellow onion
4 green onions, chopped
3 tablespoons chopped parsley, fresh
2 tablespoons chopped rosemary, fresh
2/3 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
juice of one lemon
2 cloves garlic, crushed
salt and pepper
