1 cup chopped pecans
1 package plain Raimen noodles(broken while still in package)
4 tablespoons butter(Brown pecans and noodles in butter. Drain on paper towel Don't let get real brown, will get darker while sitting.
1 head Romaine, washed and torn
4 green onions, sliced
1 bunch broccoli, chopped

Dressing:
1 cup oil
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 cup white sugar
3 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Fix greens and cover with dressing and pecan/noodle mix. Serve chilled.
