1 pkg Kielbasa sliced in 1 inch pieces
1-2 chicken breasts cut in 1 inch pieces
1 onion diced
1 green bell pepper diced
2 ribs celery thinly sliced
1-2 cloves garlic minced
2 cans diced tomatoes with juice
1 tbsp Cajun spice mix
1 tsp. file powder
1 tbsp. Worchestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a dutch oven or large pot brown kielbasa in a tablespoon of oil. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside. Brown chicken in the same pot. Add back kielbasa, and add onion, bell pepper, celery and garlic. Cook until veggies soften. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Turn down to low and simmer for one hour. Serve with rice.
