1 pkg Polish sausage link, cut into 4 pieces
2 potatoes, peeled & quartered
4 c finely sliced green cabbage
Small onion, finely chopped (optional)
˝ c water
˝ tsp caraway seeds
2 T brown sugar
1 T vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Place sausages around the outside of a large Dutch oven. Put the potatoes in the middle. Cover with cabbage and add water. Sprinkle the caraway seeds, brown sugar and vinegar on top. Cover and cook over low heat. It won’t burn. Serve with mustard.
