6 medium sized potatoes
1 small onion
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 T. flour
1/2 cup chicken fat or butter

Directions:
Directions:
Grate potatoes and onion; drain off liquid. Add eggs, salt, melted fat or butter, and flour. Grease a baking dish; put in kugel mixture and bake in a moderate oven at least 1 hour or until browned.
