1 cup ketchup
2 T chili sauce
2 T red wine vinegar
1 T lemon juice
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
2 T Dijon mustard
1 T chili powder
1 T garlic powder
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 T olive oil
2 lbs country style boneless pork ribs
1 onion sliced into rings
1 red pepper sliced into rings
1 green pepper sliced into rings
1 jalapeno pepper chopped
2 T cornstarch mixed with a little water (optional)

In a bowl, mix together the first 13 ingredients. Preheat a large skillet to medium high heat and add the olive oil. Sear the pork ribs in the skillet on either side, appx 2-3 minutes per side. Place the pork ribs in a slow cooker and layer with onion and peppers. Pour sauce into the slow cooker. Cover and cook 6 hours on Low. Optional: if you want a thicker sauce, add in the conrstarch slurry before serving.
